Automated powder coating
With our automated powder coating plant, we can paint large quantities of products with very uniform quality and ecologically. The advantages of powder coating are a durable finish and quick handling after painting, because once the product has cooled down, it is ready to use.
Hydro dipping
The hydrodipping technique begins with a patterned film placed on the surface of the water. The film is activated with an activator, after which the product is dipped into the water through the patterned film. After quality control approval, the product is finished by varnishing it. Hand dipping allows for small quantities of dipping and quick service for private customers.
Automated hydro dipping
Automated hydrodipping is based on the same principle as manual dipping, but our automated equipment does the work. This enables large batches to be produced consistently and quickly.
